We stayed 2 weeks. The hotel was very good with extremely helpful personnel at the entrance/reception/dining room . We appreciated especially Gayan (housekeeping) who helped us whenever we needed . He helped always with a nice smile. The breakfast and diner were very good. Even if we wanted to deviate from the standard menu/buffet they accommodated (My wife prefers Sri-lankan food an I European food).

This was our fourth stay at Cinnomon Grand. On our third stay I had to complain about Cheers Bar. On our first night we ate at Cheers Bar and was very disappointed that things have not improved and would not recommend Cheers to anyone. Breakfast was excellent The room was very good

The swimming pool was great - shame so few guests used it. The reception staff were great. The Lagoon restaurant was excellent. The 9th floor executive lounge were very welcoming - the food provided was a little tired.

Rooms and service for the hotel was excellent. Rooms clean, beds very comfortable and staff very courteous and very helpful going out of their way at times to attend to our needs.

Breakfast buffet was to die for and one could spend a day trying to taste bits of everything on the buffet!! The rooms are wonderfully comfortable with little things like an international electrical socket near the bed, great shower water pressure. Housekeeping turndown was great, the little extra touch of a cupcake was loved by me if not my hips Location is perfect for both shopping and walking distance to Galle Face Green for exercise perspective. If its raining the gym also gives you an option - just a warning that bathers are required for the sauna... Reception, housekeeping and the restauraunt staff were all lovely, very welcoming and helpful, as were the security staff at the entrance Thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to more time there on my next trip

Had Breakfast all days at " PLATES ". Spread is exceptional. It cater to all nationalities/ tastes............Staff is exceptional . During peak times, working under pressure servicing all guests needs and demands .!. Danajali Fernando and Vishaka ............... very professional and handing guests requests always with a "Smile ". Both of them are a great asset to the Hotel !

We had an amazing stay at Cinnamon Grand! The place is gorgeous, rooms are spacious with great views of the city. The location was perfect to introduce the city to our young son, with most places in Colombo a fun tuk ride away. What really stood out though, was the staff—they were incredibly caring, which made our stay extra special. The food? A foodie's dream! Nuga Gama & Chutneys were two of our favourites. Great location, awesome service, and overall, an unforgettable experience. Thank you & a special thanks to Sanjeewa for exceptional service!
